Our Client is a cluster of banks on the Balkan, part of the European Group Bank which is one of the largest financial services providers in Central and Eastern Europe, with 44,000 employees serving 16.2 million clients in 2,800 branches in 7 countries (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, and Serbia).

  • Redesigning the Core banking SW, Satellite systems and Reporting enabled the client to switch from old environment and old database structure to a new and improved .NET and PLSQL environment, and new optimized database structure, which is now fast, scalable and modern, and, in most cases, could be changed and modified faster than old systems.
  • With the refactoring, the Client managed to implement and integrate new functionalities in the business logic, which were not able to be integrated within the old environment

BUSINESS SOLUTION

Seavus’ assignment included complete refactoring and redesigning of the old banking systems and upgrading and switching to new, improved, and optimized systems and architecture developed with the latest technologies.

The work was performed on-site and off-site, and all deliverables were produced in time and with the desired quality.
