RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and executing the process of merging two large (250,000+ tickets) Jira instances
  • Troubleshooting/Analysis of reported issues with JIRA configurations (workflows, issue schemas, notification schemas, permissions, etc.) and applying fixes for them
  • Creation of new Script Runner scripts and modifications of existing ones to meet the business needs
  • Monitoring system usage and managing application and system restarts in cases needed outside of working hours
  • Creating new or modifying the existing documentation regarding the system
