Seavus Group is continuously monitoring the worldwide outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and due to the latest development we strongly recommend work from home to all our employees globally. This preventive measure is effective starting from Monday, March 16 and shall last until March 22, 2020, with further notice. Based on the conditions and development on the field and the risk areas, the measure may last in some offices longer and in some offices shorter.
All Seavus offices will remain open and employees who are not able to perform their responsibilities from home will be able to come in.
All Seavus offices have provided the employees with means and opportunity to work securely while on remote location. In that context, the service delivery towards our Customers will not be affected as we are taking all publicly available recommended measures and additional internal measures for controlling and monitoring the situation.
Our recommendation for remote work is part of our response plan, and comes out as a preventive measure. We take our responsibility seriously to do what we can, to prevent the spreading of the coronavirus and to protect our people and subsequently their families. The health and safety of all is our most important concern.
Therefore, we urge everyone to support our precautionary decision for social distancing. In order to protect yourself and your loved ones, we emphasize the need to stay aware of the latest information about the COVID-19 available on the WHO website and through your national and local public health authority.
This remote work recommendation does not apply for the employees that are working onsite, at Customer premises. All our employees that are working at customers’ premises will follow their respective policies which, we trust, are according to the global WHO recommendations.
